I found an inexpensive source of rice flour at Walmart.  Costs less than
half of Bob's Red Mill.  It's in the Mexican food section next to the masa
harina.  It's a little coarse in texture, but I mix it half & half with
Mexican corn starch also purchased at Walmart.  It makes a very nice all
purpose baking mix.  I've been using it for over two months now & I haven't
had any trouble with it.  I didn't call the manufacturer because it's in
Mexico & no hablo espanol!

(Please, I don't want any flamming for walking on the wild side!  It's MY
risk & MY choice!  ha ha ha!)
