I have no idea what they were talking about.  I eat popcorn all the time.
I called a few places to check the GF status of microwave popcorn and this
is what I found:  Healthy Choice is GF and all of Orville Redenbacher's
Gourmet Popping Corn is GF, as are their popcorn cakes with the exception
of the white cheddar cheese, both regular and mini.

When we called Pop Secret, made by General Mills, they told us that,
because of possible cross contamination, NOTHING they make is GF.
