I wanted to announce that we now have GF menu's available at 2 restaurants
in Phoenix.  They are Havana Cafe and Z Tejas Grill.  These have been
created in the celebration of October Celiac Awareness month in Arizona.
For those of you living in or visiting Phoenix, please visit these
restaurants and let them know how much we appreciate all of their support,
not to mention great food.  Just ask for the Gluten Free menu at the
hostess desk when being seated.  These menu's were researched by 2 members
of our support group in Phoenix.  Please remember, ingredients can change
and when in doubt, please ask.  I will list the addresses below.  Have fun!
