I was diagnosed with Celiac Sprue about 4 yrs. ago but have
only recently found out about the support groups and the
wealth of information available on the internet. My
gasterinterologist and the hospital nutritionist had little
information, to say the least, for me to use as a guideline
for the life-long diet--especially where "hidden glutens"
are concerned.
I understand from reading some of your posts that many
seasonings have gluten in them to prevent clumping. Can
anyone share with me which seasonings are "safe" and which
I should avoid?
