Dear Listmates,
                         Does anyone have a good flour mix for a bread
recipe that is high in fibre? Besides fibre from fruits and vegetables I
feel most GF flours are not very high in fibre(at least the ones I
mainly use) so I would love to change to a better one, any responses
would be much appreciated.
