AGENDA
Gluten Free Baking Demo
Maureen Norris, our resident baker, will let us in on her gluten-free baking
tips and tricks, and will demonstrate baking the following goodies from
scratch: biscuits, cookies, pie crust and English muffins. She will discuss
her favorite gluten free cookbooks and recommend ingredients and equipment
every gluten free kitchen needs.

Janet Lowery will convert a recipe for banana bread and will also
demonstrate a breading for deep frying. Janet prefers to bake from mixes and
will recommend her favorites that children will love, and adults will too.

Herschel Graves will be creating an apple coffee cake that is easy to make.
Come hungry Š there will be plenty for you to eat!
