I am one of those. Even when I was diagnosed I had no overt symptoms but
showed typical blood deficencies. However, looking back I was a typical
undiagnosed celiac child. Because we don't detect gluten ingestion doesn't
mean there hasn't been gut damage. Its very difficult to know whether we are
ingesting hidden gluten.
