Hi All,
I am 31 years old and have Celiac and have been gluten free for 5 1/2 years
now. After I went gluten-free, I was still getting sick, and thanks to the
people on this list, I got an IgG blood test and found out what else was
making me sick.

I read alot about IgG or type 3 allergies because I find it odd that I
didn't have any until I developed Celiac.

Anyways, I have read from many sources that IgG or type 3 allergies will go
away if you don't eat the offending food for a while. I've had 2 IgG tests
over the past 4 years, and although my test results are less for some foods,
they are the same for others, and new ones have appeared.
So my first question is, do any of you have intolerances that have lasted a
long time or are permanent?

my second question is about foods that don't show up on my IgG tests as
being something I react to. I get really sick if I eat chicken, and that
began 3 years ago. none of my IgG tests have showed any response to
chicken, so I celebrated last time I got my test back with 2 chicken fajita
burritos- they were tasty, but I spent the next 4 days in bed feeling
terrible with all the symptoms I have when I eat gluten. I had a
biofeedback body scan, and she said she could tell I had a problem with
chicken. What kind of allergy is this? I wonder if I will ever be able to
eat chicken again..

When I eat dairy, I also have problems. My IgG tests don't show any
reaction to lactose or casein, but 15 minutes after I eat dairy, I have
intensely painful stomach cramps and burning diarrhea that lasts for about 2
days. lactose tablets do nothing to help the problem. avoiding all dairy
is the only thing that works. I don't know what kind of allergy this is
either.
