We have a sudden burst of stomach and intestinal upset here, and
I'm wondering if it was caused by a dietary infraction.

Looking at our diet over the past several days, the most likely
candidate would be take-out Thai food from last Thursday. From a
place we've not had problems with before, BUT of course there's
always a chance.

Still, the reactions all started today [Monday], four days later. Two
with diarrhea, one with diarrhea and severe stomach cramping.

Is this within the usual scope? When do people usually see a
reaction to an accidental ingestion of gluten?

Will post summary of responses if anyone else is interested.
