Hey List Folk-

I have been attached to a Celiac for almost 2 years now, but only
recently started baking for him (with a good amount of success, too!).
As the holidays start wandering up, I find myself in search of
powdered/confectioners sugar for icings and that sort of thing.
Unfortunately, he is also allergic to corn.  Soooo, I am in search of
what I'm afraid does not exist-powdered sugar which does not use
cornstarch or dextrose (unless it cane sugar derived) as a decaking
agent.  I am also willing to try alternative sugars if they can be found
in a powdered, GF, corn-free form.

Any help is appreciated (including telling me that it does not exist so I
can stop hoping!)

PS-anyone know of a source for Powdered Vanilla that is GF & Corn-Free?
