At Digestive Disease Week held last week in Chicago I had a nice
conversation with an Italian Celiac researcher. I asked him what
Italian Celiacs did about pasta, and he explained that Italians have
some very good gluten free pastas. Well, that got my attention. If an
Italian thinks the wheat free pasta is good, it should be very good to
the less discerning US consumer.

Anyone know of what brands of gluten free pasta are from Italy?
