Hi List!

I have been making delicious GF waffles from The Gluten Free Kitchen
cookbook using my Betty Crocker waffle iron. It makes 2 square waffles
at one time and has a teflon coating (just your basic waffle iron).
Lately the waffles have been sticking terribly to the waffle iron and I
pretty much destroy the waffles when I pry them out. I have tried
spraying the waffle iron with Mazola corn oil spray before heating it
and I have also tried oiling the waffle iron. Nothing seems to help.

Can anyone recommend tips for making GF waffles or recommend a waffle
iron that works great with the GF batters? I think I'm due for a new
waffle iron.

Thanks in advance!
