Are these 2 kinds suitable? Note that there are no ingredients mentioned on 
the boxes.

· Another kind: DCL: Dried active yeast, ts ingredients mentions only Levure 
(in French) which means in English Saccharomyces Cervisiae; is this 
acceptablefor celiac patients??
