My wife and I are in charge of a GF shopping guide for our local
chapter, and we are in the process of writing to all the manufac-
turers again to get updated GF lists (we write every year).
Within the last year we have received information regarding GF
soy sauce from only one vendor: Eden.

In a letter we received June 24, 1995 (within the last week),
Eden Foods listed two GF soy sauces, under the Eden brand name:

   Wheat-Free Tamari, Domestic
   Wheat-Free Tamari, Imported

Note that although the label says "Wheat-Free", the letter
assures us that it is "Gluten-Free".

Eden products are generally found in health food stores. I don't
know if their products are sold throughout the USA, or only in
Michigan.
