We do almost no processed foods, so I don't pay a lot of attention to 
brands and such, but I do have a question.  I have a vague recollection 
that Frito Lay chips are gf, but that people have had difficulties with 
x-contamination in their products?  I may have found a single product of 
theirs that we can use, but I don't want to shoot us in the foot, if 
Frito Lay is generally an unsafe company to deal with.
