There will also be an informational talk about the gluten-free diet,
living/baking/cooking gluten-free, and questions/answers. The talk is
informal and children are welcome (encouraged) to attend -- they will
have
ample opportunity to try new gluten-free foods.

Sampling of gluten free foods will be 12 -4 pm.
