In our second "reminder" message, the listowners would like to
highlight a few items relating to signature blocks at the end of posts:

     1. The use of a short (up to three line) signature block with
        your geographic location is critical.  This information allows
        others to evaluate a product's ingredient in light of the
        standards and terms used in different countries.

        This List is International in scope and some ingredients may
        be different in another country or even in selected regions
        of a country.

     2. Please keep your signature block from being too large, as this
        uses up extra storage space in the archives.  (Right now storage
        problems are getting critical at St. Johns.)  We recommend no
        more than three or four lines.

We are also happy to announce that the List passed 2300 subscribers.
