I noticed several people have asked for recipes without yeast,
eggs, milk, sugar, wheat and corn.  There is a book "Allergy Cooking
Tricks & Treasures" by Nancy Burrows that sells for $10.50.

"Allergy Recipes" by Sally Rockwell sells for $10.00  Four day rotation
diet -free of all gluten, all grains, soy, peanuts, milk products, eggs,
yeast and refined sugar.

I sent for some information from the American Academy of Environmental
Medicine and a phamplet from their Book Sales Center was enclosed. They
