All the bouilions I can find are loaded with salt and most with MSG.  Salt
weighs in at 1000 mg/ cup typically.

Suggestions for a low salt GF one? For those MSG concerned, Herb-Ox chicken
flavor instant in powder form has no explicit MSG. Ingredient list begins
hydrolyzed corn protein, salt, sugar chicken fat (contains polypropylene
glycol, TBHQ, and citric acid), onion powder, maltodextrin, ...

Maltodextrin in the US is made from corn, of course.
