I was sleuthing around and found that Wendys has added ingredient information
back into their site. Find it at http://www.wendys.com/the_menu/

Or just go to www.wendys.com click on the Featured Food. When that menu
pops up, click on "Nutritional Information" at the top of the page.

In case you missed it, McDonalds has a similar list and also an allergen
list at: http://www.mcdonalds.com/countries/usa/food/

There may also be similar lists for other countries. You would need to start
with www.mcdonalds.com & find the country you need. I did not try this since
navigating AND then judging the accuracy of a such a site is best left to the
natives.

Enjoy.
