A sixteen year old in our support group is going to camp with our
troop. This is the first year he is GF. (Typical celiac story- diarrhea at
1 year old, home school, fatigue, low weight,he grew up with his mom taking a
second set of clothes everywhere they went.)
I'm good at cooking for myself, but what will he like. I can fix meats
and veggies, and pasta dishes and ragu. I don't know how much the cafeteria
will work with us. I will cook some meals on my camp cookstove.
Any advice or helpful hints will be greatly appreciated.
