Hi All,

In an attempt to come up with a relatively quick pizza dough that can be
handled, I came up with this recipe. It was really good and was nice to
be able to actually roll out the dough.

1/3 cup warm water
2 eggs
2 tablespoons olive oil
(Mix these three ingredients very well in a mixer)

(In a separate bowl mix these dry ingredients)
1 package Chebe bread mix (purchased at www.Chebe.com)
2 teaspoons yeast
1 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoons egg replacer (purchased at natural food store)
1 teaspoon gelatin
2 teaspoon xanthan gum

Add your dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix thoroughly for 4
minutes either using your hands or the dough hook on your mixer.
Grease your pizza tray (I used a stone), roll the dough out on the tray.
Let the dough rise for 45 minutes in a warm place. Bake for about 12-15
minutes in 375 degree oven. Remove from oven and top pizza. Return to
oven and bake until cheese is melted and slightly browned.

My 10 y.o. gave it a 9.5 out of 10 rating!

Enjoy!

Beth
