In my ongoing quest to find tasty GF foods, I checked with Thai Kitchen on
the status of their foods. They sell rice, sauces and other items. I find
them in my grocery store, and they also are available on their website at
www.thaikitchen.com. They have a cookbook there also that I plan to order.

**************************************************************

All of our products are gluten free except for the rice pilafs.

There are no hidden glutens in our products. For example: maltodextrin that
we use comes from corn, and there is no such thing as gluten in corn. Also,
soy..we use a power and it is gluten free.

Alot of our customers are celiac sprue patients and love our products
because they can eat them.

Thank you for your interest in Thai Kitchen products.
