This is my first posting to the list. I was biopsy diagnosed 2 years ago and
my 21 year old daughter has just had positive serology tests completed. The
biopsy is scheduled, but because of her symptoms we are pretty sure of
celiac. She is not feeling that bad and I need help with advice on how to
help pump her up that the diet (with no cheating) is necessary. I cook
from scratch, but she will not be in an apartment until next fall, so any
ideas on things you've liked from gluten free companies (menu direct, etc.)
would be appreciated. Also, has anybody managed this in a sorority house -
I'm meeting with the kitchen staff in two weeks! Thanks for any help. PS I
hope I submitted this correctly.
