The other day someone stated the difference between Japanese sauce (tamaria I
think it was) and Chinese sauce (soy sauce), they said the Japanese sauce
didn't have gluten, so my question is a Japanese restaurant O.K. to eat at.
Or at least is the sauce to dip your sushi in O.K.?  And I'm assuming the
sushi is O. K?
