the following is a no-bake treat. It is Brasilian and a real winner. Kids love it and love to make it

In a heavy pan, combine
1 can condensed milk
2 tablespoons good quality cocoa
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon instant expresso coffee
pinch cloves
pinch salt
1 large pkg sweetened coconut
1 cup chopped walnuts

stir until butter is melted. take off heat and let cool to room temp, then refrigerate. BATTER WILL BE STIFF

In a soup bowl, put small amt of cocoa along with about a teas of instand coffee granules and a pinch of cloves. Using a small ice cream scoop...the easiest way to do this...scoop out small amt of batter and roll in cocoa mixture. PLace in paper candy cups. Place in airtight container and store in frig.

You can also roll casahinhos in chopped nuts, chopped coconut or even just plain ole sugar

For a diffeent treat, leave off the cocoa, coffee and cloves and sub a teas of vanilla....roll in sugar
