Is there such a thing?  What would be a suitable replacement in a bread
recipe that calls for sour cream if my child cannot have casein/ dairy
products?

We recently removed yeast from the diet as well and I am struggling with
yeast free bread recipes.  I would like to try the +ACI-Irish Soda
bread+ACI- but it needs sour cream.  Any suggestions?
