Soneone just emailed me and asked about yougrt and kefir for li.  It's a funny thing....some people can tolerate it while others can't.  

There is a way to test.  Take your pujse and on an empty stomach, eat about 1/2 cup.  Then thirty, sixty, ninely min take your pulse again.  any rise above ten percent is indicative of an allergic respone.  This was outlined in DR COCOA'S PULSE TEST FOR ALLERGIES and was highly recommended by Carlton Fredericks.  

If you are testing a food group you are already eating, stop eating the entire food group for at least 7 days and then proceed as above
