Hi folksies!

I am interested in hearing from anyone on here who has dealt with chronic
fatigue syndrome and has found that diet related issues, gluten or not, turned
out to have a significant role (i.e. not necessarily the cause but symptoms
improved greatly or at all after discovering certain foods were a problem and
 eliminating them).

I am not gluten free now, but may try and see if it helps my cfs symptoms. I
don't eat dairy but do eat things with casein (soy cheese). I only just read
in Dr. Weils book that casein can irritate the immune system. I guess I'll
 drop the casein.

Also, if you did discover food intolerances or allergies, how did you discover
them? i am going for scratch testing next week but heard that can produce
 false negatives and positives.

Anyway, any feedback or input would be welcome! PLEASE e-mail me as I don't
 receive mail from the list.

thanks, Patrick
