Hi Listmates,

I was reading the ingredients list on the box of French toast crunch
made by General Mills.  It appeared that it is Gluten Free. I am leary
of it so I thought I would bring this to the list. Does anybody know for
sure weather this cereal is  gluten free or am I deluding myself here
:-). Are there any cereals that we can eat that can be bought at a
grocery store instead of a health food store?
