I received this response from Hershey Park today and have Jerri Clark's
permission to share it with the list-serv.

Dear Joan:
I am sending out the menus of most of are food locations today.

I am aware of the cross contamination and I have marked items on the menu
where frying items are of concern. At all locations there is always a
chance of cross contamination when your dealing with counter surfaces.
Most of our stands have designated prep areas, but I can not say 100% that
they would not have prepped a breaded item on it. If you are that
restricted and for your safety, you may want to bring food items into the
park for yourself. You are able to do that by reporting to Guest Services
where they will attach a wristband to designate to our Security Officers
that a cooler is admitted into the Park for medical reasons. No glass
containers would be permitted in the cooler and it would be subject to
search.

We also have a Kosher Stand that some gluten free people have contacted
before coming. The contact would be Sally Gerstein at 717-534-3119.

If I can be of further assistance after you receive the menus, please feel
free to call!
