I wanted to share this as I know I have seen several posts from people who
have all the spmptoms but test negative for CD.

I have 3 children with positive blood and biopsies for CD, and one other who
had the worst symptoms of any of them... he tested negative. We spent years
even doing a gluten free diet with him just in case the tests were wrong.
Eventually we got a diagnosis, he has cystic fibrosis. He is almost 8 years old
and has never had a single respiratory symptom which is why he was never tested
for CF. According to the specialists you can present with only gastro
issues, or you can even have virtually no symptoms. They test adult males who are
having trouble with sperm count being low and find they have CF -- no other
symptoms.

I would guess there could be many people with celiac symptoms who test
negative but actually have CF.... The gastro component is also a malabsorption so
of course it would present the same way!
