I just got a new Breadman Ultimate for Christmas.  Would those of you who
use this machine tell me how you have customized the settings?  I
eliminated the second and third risings and kneadings and baked for 50
minutes.  The top was a bit underdone, especially in the middle so I think
I should increase baking time.  I use Gluten Free Pantry's Sandwich Bread
Mix.  Can you help?  Thanks in advance
