Regarding the recent thread on thyroid disease, I have been diagnosed
with hyperthyroidism, Grave Disease in my case.  Cause unknown--I imagine
mine was induced by extreme stress.  My thyroid level has been normal
since going GF (tried GF diet because celiac is in my family).  Do not
know if GF diet has actually lowered my levels or if my intestines are
healing and allowing my drug to absorb better.....it's a mystery.  The
only thing for sure is I have until June '96 to get everything "normal"
or I have to drink the radioactive punch!Stacye
