OK, I tried the Kraft brick cheddar people recommended to me. No go. Or
maybe the opposite :)

About the Cracker Barrell sharp cheddar, I haven't the faintest notion why
I thought I could get by with eating that. It didn't bother me for a week.
I ate about two small pieces (about half cup total) per day for a week.
Then, in the immortal words of the announcer on Crosby's old radio show,
which was sponsored by ExLax: "A minute with out sponsor, then Bing."
