Program: A Bread Machine & Baking Demonstration for Gluten-Free Bakers by Glenna
Vance, Consumer Service Administrator, Red Star Yeast.
 
Join us to compare bread machines for optimal gluten free baking results, to
sample gluten free and lactose free bread and to ask questions.
 
Also representatives from Nature's Abundance and The Natural Food Exchange
health food stores will introduce their stores' gluten free products.
 
Also samples from Miss Roben's baked goods, Freeda's Vitamins, The Really Great
Food Company & Amsack Rice Snacks.
