Hi Everyone:

I wanted to add to Gina's post about the Smiling Moose Deli, which has
several locations in Colorado. The buns they use in the gluten-free
sandwiches come from Sweet Escape Pastries (also a Colorado company) and you
can purchase the frozen buns, at the deli, individually wrapped, to make
your own wonderful "hoagie" style sandwiches at home.

 

I have no financial interest in this company, although I do know Melissa,
the owner, and we are very lucky to have her in our gluten-free world!
