Thank you for your inquiry regarding Malley's Chocolates [jelly beans].

The Modified Food Starch that we use in our Fruit, Spice, and Licorice Jelly
Beans is based on corn. 

Below is our Gluten Statement.

GLUTEN

Malley's confections may contain trace amounts of glutens as we may share
equipment with product that may contain Crisp Rice which contains sugar,
salt, and malt and/or Pretzels.
