For those of you trying to find a cheese alternative Tofutti makes Yellow and white cheese slices.  Theses are gluten and Casein Free.  They will actually melt and resemble process cheese slices.   They are the best ones that I have ever found.   Also you can make a dairy and gluten Free Cheesecake with Tofutti sour cream and cream cheese. I do not work for this company,  and I have found many of their products very good.  For those of you that can't have dairy(casein) or gluten  you know that you are a good cook when you  can actually come up with food items that are acceptable to your kids!   Happy eating everyone.
