For the benefit of Usenet or new subscribers, the following file information
is submitted to the List.

Recipes posted to the List are archived in special files that can be
downloaded from [log in to unmask] by sending this command:

        GET CELIAC RECXX-Y CELIAC

Where "XX" is the year and "Y" is the quarter. Where "XX" has a value of
94 - 96 and "Y" has a value of 1 - 4. For example, to obtain the recipes
for January - March 1996, you would request file REC96-1.

If you have never requested receipes before, all recipes (less bread
machine) are available by submitting the command:

        GET RECIPE PACKAGE CELIAC

Bread machine recipes are available by requesting the files (BREADMXX or
BREADMU). Where "XX" is the year and BREADMU contains only updates since
the last file posting for those who have requested these files before.

This concept of annual files with updates as a seperate file is used for
most of the reference files on this List. A complete description of all
available files is available by sending the command:

        GET CELIAC FILEDESC CELIAC

Our new WWW site: http://www.fastlane.net/homepages/thodge/archive.htm

Please remember to send these commands to the Listserv address.
