I asked the list for an electrolyte drink free of gluten, soy, dairy, yeast & eggs.
Many people recommended Gatorade. I definitely react to Gatorade. I can't tell
from the ingredients listed on the bottle if any of those things are in it. 

Does anyone know any other suitable electrolyte drink?
