Thanks for all the responses - they were so overwhelming I couldn't
begin to list every one.  In general I would say 75% said they are not
lactose intolerant and the rest are.  Alot of people educated me in the
fact that once you have ingested gluten (accidentally of course) that
the villi cannot digest milk products for a few days.  I didn't think of
this.  With more and more companies changing products and no way for us
to know - e.g. Hidden Valley Ranch dressing, I ate this all the time and
from the list learned that it was no longer gluten free - it makes it so
hard to completely avoid contamination.   (I confirmed this with the
company in regards to Hidden Valley Ranch.  Just for your info Wishbone
makes several that are GF - a few of them are Creamy Italian, Ranch,
Deluxe French.  Happy Thanksgiving to everyone and stay well.
