Hi all,

I'll be visiting my in-laws in Tucson, AZ and Claremont/Upland, CA
over the December holidays. They have asked me for recommendations on
where to shop gluten-free and where to eat out. Can any local Tucson
and Claremont/Upland area people give me any recommendations on where
to shop for local gf items and on local celiac-friendly restaurants?

I will be staying at my in-laws' house in AZ so eating out is not as
important there (although appreciated) but we will be in a hotel in CA
and will need to eat out for each meal. I have eaten at El Pollo Loco
in the past because it is easy and fast but that was before I went
completely gf. Does anyone know if their corn tortillas, chicken,
refried beans are gf? Anyone have a better recommendation of where to
eat besides there? I'd hate to have my Christmas dinner be from El
Pollo Loco. :-)

Thanks for any and all help! I'll summarize for the list in a few
days.
