Dear listmates -

A list member emailed me today, and said that Trader Joe's lox
is GF.

To my surprise, I checked the Trader Joe's web site and found there
is a Trader Joe's in the south suburbs of Chicago - in Orland Park.
Must be new.  Costco has GF lox, and there is a Costco in Merrillville,
IN, about 45 minutes (28 miles) from here, and one in Bedford Park, IL,
about 20 miles from here.

Philadelphia plain cream cheese was recommended.  Checking ingredients
of generic brands was recommended, too.
