After not being able to find out from any of Giant's staff in
their supermarkets, I called to see whether they (a) could tell
me whether or not their rotisserie chicken was GF, and (b)
had a list of GF products carried by their chain.

Their rotisserie chicken has wheat starch, and so is not GF
in the USA (unless you are allergic, not celiac, and might
tolerate the starch). The very pleasant nutritionist who helped
me said that wheat starch was supposed to be free of the
dangerous protein, and was considered gf by some, but
that she doubted my dr would advise me to eat it.

They don't have a GF list, per se, but she said they had a
list of whatever they had received inquiries about in the
past year, and she could send me that. She said it was a
pretty mixed list of products! because of the variety of
inquiries they got. I'll share it with the list when it comes.

The toll-free number is 1-888-4-694-4268. You go through
a lot of phone menus and people, but everyone was very
pleasant and eager to help.

Good luck and good health!
