This sounds like a good idea. When Vit E says, "d-alpha tocopherol," that
means it's natural. If it says, "dl-alpha tocopherol" it's synthetic. These
are better for you than the mixed tocopherols. But mainly d or dl alpha
tocopherol with some mixed tocopherols are fine too, perhaps somewhat
better. -vance

Humbling Thought: Though the medical establishment believed until recently
that the human genome was incredibly complex with more than 100,000
different genes, the recent genome project has shown that humans have a
paltry 34,000 genes, many insinuated into our genome from different
bacteria -- we have only slightly more than a "simple" mustard plant, at
25,000 genes. (Though I'm sure you and I probably have many more :)
