For those of you in the Seattle, Washington area, Bette Hagman is teaching a
GF Baking Class at the Puget Sound Consumer's Co-op (PCC) at the Issaquah
and Seattle-Greenlake stores.  Classes are on June 23 and June 26.  For more
information call the store at 206-545-7112.  If you're a member of PCC, the
class description is listed on page 6 of the May-June class schedule.  (You
don't have to be a member to take a class.)
