Hi, Listmates,
This is my first time using the listserv; I'm finding it so helpful to read all your unput.  I have a 7-year-old son recently diagnosed, and we are still heavily into research.  He is an extremely picky eater on top of everything else, and french fries are now a staple.  I have read something about not all frozen fries being safe -- does anyone have definitive info as to why some are not, and are there guaranteed safe brands?
