Went to a friends this weekend who made a wonderful curry.  I taught her the recipe and knew ingredients were fine there. The only thing she did different was microwave rice. I had such pain and a horrible reaction that I wonder if the Rice( uncle Ben microwave)is  Gluten Free. The site does not it is.  Ingredients differ. 

If anyone can share their knowledge or experience I'd greatly appreciate it
