two years ago, when I was first diagnosed with celiac, my blood glucose
readings [I am diabetic as well] were in the 20 range. Nothing would
bring it down.

Now, two years later, things have really settled down. I must add that
nothing else in my diet or daily routine has changed. My blood glucose
at thing minute, just before dinner is 118==right on target. In
addition, my bp has gone down forty pts....all in all, I am thrilled. I
do not consider the diet a hardship, just a sometimes challenge when it
comes to baking cakes [I don't eat bread].

So, for those of you who are just beginning or thinking that it will
never get better,.....it will. Hang in there. In all honesty, I have
never felt better in all my life.

Ann
